2. We propose options
Next, we'll present you with a range of solar options, including various brands, budget options, and system sizes. Each option will come with a detailed financial breakdown to facilitate your decision-making process.
3. We conduct a site assessment
Once you've chosen your preferred system configuration, a member from our team will schedule a site visit to ensure that the proposed solar solution is feasible without any unforeseen complications and answer any other questions you may have.
4. You accept & we install
Upon your approval, we'll proceed with the installation process which involves obtaining all necessary approvals, organising stock for the installation and scheduling a date and time that is suitable for the day of installation. Once your solar system is installed, our team will guide you through the system operation, monitoring, and any troubleshooting procedures.
5. Your meter upgrade & savings
After installation, we'll be in touch with your electricity retailer to either upgrade or reconfigure your meter to ensure the accurate measure and credit of any surplus solar energy sent back to the grid. While feed-in tariffs contribute to savings, the bulk of your benefits will come from the self-consumption of your new solar system.
6. You monitor & maintain
We will also provide a detailed handover document with in depth details about your new installation. Also, you will have access to our user-friendly mobile application providing real-time insights into your solar system's performance, enabling you to optimise your energy usage efficiently!
